Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Owner to provide product, technology, and operational leadership for the firm's Content Solutions portfolio. The role is responsible for product strategy, roadmap execution, governance, adoption, vendor engagement, and product support across enterprise platforms that enable content management, storage, collaboration and surveys management.
The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architecture, security, privacy, risk, legal, sourcing, finance, and strategic vendors to deliver secure, scalable, compliant, and user-focused products. The role connects business needs with technology execution and ensures the portfolio delivers measurable value throughout the product lifecycle.
In the Technology division, we use innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power the firm and improve how employees and clients create, manage, share, Client, and use content.
What You'll Do in the Role:
Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for a portfolio of enterprise Content Solutions products, balancing business value, user experience, technology strategy, risk, operational stability, and cost.
Prioritize roadmaps and backlogs across competing business needs, operational requirements, control obligations, dependencies, and technical constraints while maintaining clear alignment between strategy and execution.
Lead product discovery, onboarding, launches, migrations, adoption programs, renewals, rationalization, and decommissioning activities from planning through delivery and transition to steady-state support.
Coordinate delivery across engineering teams, architects, support teams, vendors, and business partners, ensuring ownership, dependencies, decisions, risks, and next steps are clearly documented and followed through.
Lead stakeholder forums, steering discussions and product reviews. Prepare clear agendas, organize materials, capture decisions, track actions, and maintain an accurate source of truth.
Create concise, executive-ready communications, presentations, roadmaps, status updates, dashboards, decision summaries, product one-pagers, and meeting notes that connect technical delivery to business outcomes.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across multiple business units and functions, understand their objectives and pain points, and translate needs into clear use cases, product requirements, initiatives, capabilities, and delivery priorities.
Plan and deliver product demos, capability walkthroughs and stakeholder showcases. Explain complex functionality in simple language and use practical examples that are relevant to the audience.
Develop adoption and enablement strategies, including self-service onboarding, communications, user guides, knowledge articles, FAQs, and repeatable processes that make content products easier to understand and use.
Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and records or data governance teams to ensure content solutions meet enterprise standards, information lifecycle requirements, access controls, retention expectations, and regulatory obligations.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership/Management, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Platforms, Program Management, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Application Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise SaaS or content platforms serving large and diverse user communities in a complex organization.
- Strong understanding of content management, document collaboration, survey management, or related enterprise capabilities.
- Strong understanding of governance, information lifecycle management, privacy, security, operational controls, risk management, and regulatory expectations in a large enterprise.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, product evaluations, contracts, renewals, licensing, budgets, consumption, business cases, and commercial discussions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple products, initiatives, meetings, decisions, dependencies, risks, deadlines, and stakeholder commitments at the same time.
- Strong ownership and follow-through, with the ability to create structure, maintain accurate documentation, establish repeatable processes, and drive open items to resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical, risk, and commercial topics clearly to business users, engineers, vendors, and senior leaders.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and demonstration skills, including experience leading product walkthroughs, roadmap reviews, stakeholder forums, and executive updates.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and managing work across strategies, roadmaps, initiatives, capabilities, epics, backlogs, and delivery plans.
- A practical, user-focused mindset with a strong interest in process improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with platforms such as Box, Alfresco, Google Workspace, Microsoft Forms, and Qualtrics.
- Experience working in financial services or another regulated industry with formal security, privacy, risk, legal, information lifecycle, and governance requirements.
- Experience designing and delivering product showcases, demonstrations, adoption campaigns, and self-service onboarding.
- Experience using AI-assisted productivity, content, documentation, analysis, or product management tools to improve delivery efficiency and user outcomes.
