  • This role requires strong collaboration with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders, along with the ability to make clear, timely decisions that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Own and manage the full product lifecycle for one or more products—from ideation and roadmap planning to delivery, launch, and adoption.
  • Define, maintain, and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, and cross-functional partners to translate strategy into actionable user stories and requirements.
  • Lead backlog management: prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to maximize product value.
  • Author and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with enough clarity for engineering to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, refinement sessions, and demos to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product questions, decisions, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Monitor KPIs, adoption, and customer feedback to evaluate product success and inform future iterations.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process, product, and customer experience enhancements.
  • Support end-to-end testing and UAT, ensuring the delivered product meets quality standards and business needs.
  • Provide regular updates on product progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ Years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a product management role, preferably within a SaaS or product development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) and experience leading Agile teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver one or more products end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in backlog management, requirements gathering, and translating strategy into clear execution.
  • Authoritative and decisive decision-making skills while balancing business, customer, and technical considerations.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other product management platforms.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving, with experience using metrics to evaluate success.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and outcome-driven.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams with engineering, design, QA, and customer success.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data structures, and integrations.
  • Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM, or equivalent are a strong plus.
