Job Title: Product Owner

Locations: Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune

We are seeking an experiencedProduct Owner to drive product development by serving as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.

• Own and manage theproduct backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with business value and strategic goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clearuser stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customers, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead and actively participate inbacklog grooming/refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations.
• Define and communicate theproduct vision and roadmap to delivery teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure product features and solutions align with customer expectations and business objectives.
• Make prioritization decisions and provide timely requirement clarifications during development cycles.
• Monitor product performance and gather stakeholder and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Supportrelease planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and product rollouts.
• Work closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood, appropriately prioritized, and delivered effectively.

• 8+ years of overall professional experience with strong experience as aProduct Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodology and product backlog management.
• Hands-on experience creating and managinguser stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, prioritization, and release planning.
• Experience supportingUAT and product releases.
• Proficiency with Agile/product management tools such as:

  • Confluence
