Role: Business Analyst / Product Owner Support Consultant

We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Analyst / Product Owner Support Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives within a Project Procurement Department (PPD).

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, prioritised backlogs and successful digital solutions.

🔹Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Support product backlog management, refinement and prioritisation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, developers, IT and data management teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking and release readiness.
• Monitor sprint progress, dependencies, risks and delivery priorities.
• Support digital transformation, change management and system migration initiatives.

🔹Required Skills & Experience

✅ Strong experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership support or digital transformation.

✅ E-procurement or procurement transformation experience.

✅ Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.

✅ Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories and acceptance criteria.

✅ Experience in UAT, release management and stakeholder engagement.

✅ Strong analytical, documentation, communication and presentation skills.

✅ Ability to work effectively with business, technology and data teams.

⭐Nice to Have

• Public sector or institutional procurement experience.
• Data management, governance or compliance-driven digital systems.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery tools.
