Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedProduct Owner with strongBFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain expertise to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of banking/financial products, Agile methodologies, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Work closely with business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure successful product implementation.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric financial solutions.
- Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with BFSI regulations, policies, and industry standards.
- Strong experience as aProduct Owner/Product Manager.
- MandatoryBFSI domain experience (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).
- Expertise inAgile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of banking products, lending, payments, cards, wealth management, insurance, or digital banking.
- Ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize features.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to Digital Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Core Banking platforms.
- CSPO/PSPO or Agile certifications.
