SUMMARY
Supports business processesthrough the management andmaintenance of vendor and productfiles. Provides supplier and productinformation to the divisions and otherinternal departments in a timely andaccurate manner with emphasis on
product and supplier maintenanceand analytically processing changeswithin system.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00 hr/.  The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Responsibilities:

•Manipulates, updates, andmaintains supplier data filesand maintains product filedata to include all productattributes for active anddiscontinued products.

•Analyzes and establishesnew product file data byreview and verification;processes new data withindepartmental timeframe
•Works collaboratively withCategory Management Teamon product choices. Maintainscross reference in productfile.
•Assists interdepartmental andfield teammates withproduct/supplier/customer
project issues.
•Communicates and maintainsvendor product liabilityinsurance certification.

Qualifying Experience:

•High School Diploma orequivalent required;Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•One to three years of directlyapplicable experiencerequired
•Solid understanding ofMicrosoft Office Suite;proficient in MS Excel
•Beginningquantitative/financial analysisskills; strong attention todetail
•Ability to identify and resolveproblems effectively
•Communicates effectively,both verbally and in writing
•Ability to handle multiple,concurrent tasks underminimum supervision
