Product Manager, Urology/Uro-Oncology Marketing

Job Description:

Main Accountabilities (duties, responsibilities):

• Design marketing strategy for Japanese market independently
• Develop and implement marketing strategic plan for one or more products
• Develop both printed and digital materials for HCPs and patients
• Tracking of products, market and competition
• Maintain and develop active relationships with KEEs and scientific societies through marketing activities incl. attending to main scientific meetings
• Management of promotional budget for marketing
• Forecasting orders of products
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Required Education/Qualifications/Skills:

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, prescription products, markets
• At least three years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Advance/Intermediate English communication skill, written/spoken
• People those who responsibly leads the change and challenges collaborating stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of urology and/or uro-oncology therapeutic areas is plus
• Sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is plus
• International experience would be an advantage
