We use advanced analytics, machine learning, modeling, and hypothesis-driven approaches to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth, improve outcomes, and increase access to care across CVS Health.Â
A&BC is growing its Product function and seeking a Product Manager to build and scale internal analytics products — dashboards, reporting tools, and insight-generation capabilities — for the Utilization Management (UM) Analytics Squad. This role owns the day-to-day build of analytics products end to end, while also managing the intake and delivery of ad hoc analytics requests from business stakeholders. You'll work closely with data science, engineering, and design to ship features, and with stakeholders to keep the ad hoc queue prioritized and moving.Â
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal UM analytic product (dashboards, reporting, insight tools), from requirements through launch and iterationÂ
- Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of ad hoc analytics requests, balancing them against roadmap commitmentsÂ
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews to translate ambiguous business questions into clear requirementsÂ
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs for data science and engineering teamsÂ
- Collaborate with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and dashboard/report designÂ
- Support engineering and data science through requirement clarification, sprint ceremonies, and grounding the team in user contextÂ
- Run day-to-day Agile ceremonies (planning, backlog grooming, standups) and champion best practicesÂ
- Coordinate dependencies with other squads and stakeholdersÂ
- Define and monitor product and adoption metrics; use them to prioritize improvementsÂ
- Communicate product status, trade-offs, and roadmap changes to stakeholders and leadershipÂ
This role can be full-time Remote or Hybrid (1 day per week in NYC).
Required QualificationsÂ
- 2+ years in Product Management or Technical Product ManagementÂ
- 2+ years working cross-functionally with Data Science and/or Engineering teamsÂ

- 2+ years of stakeholder management experienceÂ
- 2+ years working with Agile methodologiesÂ
- 1+ years' experience building analytics, reporting, or dashboard productsÂ
- 1+ years' experience managing an intake/request queue or similar prioritization workflowÂ
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Experience with healthcare operations (payer/provider), healthcare analytics, or utilization management/prior authorization workflows; Domain experience with Medicaid Â
- Strong Excel/SQL/analytics and data storytelling skillsÂ
- Familiarity with BI/dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Â
- Proven ability to ship a product feature from concept through launchÂ
- Interest in applying AI tools to improve analytics workflowsÂ
EducationÂ
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or related quantitative fieldÂ
