Job Description
- 12+ years of IT/Healthcare experience with5+ years as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience withTriZetto FACETS and US Healthcare Payer processes.
- Experience across one or more FACETS modules:Claims, Membership/Enrollment, Billing, Provider, and Product Configuration.
- Own and manage theproduct backlog, roadmap, release plans, and priorities.
- Gather and translate business requirements intouser stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Business, Technology, QA, Operations, and Agile teams to drive delivery.
- Leadbacklog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT activities.
- Support production issue prioritization and ensure alignment with healthcare processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strongstakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience withAgile/Scrum and tools such asAzure DevOps/Jira.
