Product Owner – Product Management & Requirements Gathering Experience: 8–12+ Years
Location: Onsite/Offshore

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise inProduct Management, Requirements Gathering, and Market Research. The role owns product vision, backlog prioritization, and delivery of business value through Agile practices. The Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, usingJira,Stakeholder Management,Scrum, andAzure DevOps capabilities to support effective product delivery, while applyingCompetitive Analysis in the product context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, applying strongProduct Management practices.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and product objectives.
  • LeadRequirements Gathering, translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Create acceptance criteria and validate completed features against defined requirements.
  • ApplyStakeholder Management skills when collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Support Agile delivery activities usingJira andAzure DevOps.
  • Participate inScrum activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive release planning and feature prioritization while balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and user needs.
  • ConductMarket Research andCompetitive Analysis to support informed product decisions.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
