  4. Partner with design to craft onboarding, real-time learning workspace, and Vibe Browser flows.

  5. Create and maintainNotion workspaces for product specs, decision logs, and cross-team visibility.

  6. Collaborate with engineering via GitHub issues, ensuring PRD alignment with code deliverables.

  7. DefineKPIs (activation, retention, engagement, conversion) and instrument them in Firestore + analytics.

  8. Runexperiments and A/B tests, translating results into roadmap updates.

  9. Work closely with AI engineers to ensure feature feasibility, performance, and latency trade-offs.

  10. Represent theuser voice through user interviews, feedback loops, and community inputs.

  11. Ensuredocumentation hygiene across all tools—Linear for tasks, GitHub for code, Notion for strategy.

  12. Act as aproblem solver and decision-maker, resolving conflicts between competing priorities (e.g., model performance vs. UI velocity).

    • Prioritization Framework: How to trade off TutorAgent latency vs. richer artifact generation.

    • User Journey Map: Onboarding → Tutor → Certification.

    • Risk Mitigation: 3 technical + 3 market risks, with fallback plans.

  3. Document inNotion and structure execution inLinear, simulating how you’d actually run the team.

  4. Deliver aPRD for “Text → Course Tutor Flow” and include at least2 wireframes (Figma acceptable).
