Responsible for product research, planning, and design for the company’s products.Â
Analyze market trends and competitors, develop product roadmaps, and work closely with the R&D team to drive product implementation.Â
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements; prepare product requirement documents (PRDs) and design product prototypes.Â
Identify and consolidate user needs through industry research and data analysis to continuously optimize and iterate products, ensuring execution and delivery.Â
Coordinate cross-functional teams and continuously optimize workflows and processes.
RequirementsÂ
3–5years of experience in product design or product management.Â
Proficient in product and design tools such as Photoshop, Axure, XMind, and Figma, with hands-on experience in designing product workflows and functional modules.Â
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery and ongoing operations.
Ability to quickly understand business requirements; strong logical thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong learning ability.
Experience with game-related products is a plus.
