Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define the product roadmap and long-term vision for Sales and Support technologies, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI integration.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform and refine product strategy.
- Own and maintain a forward-looking, four-quarter roadmap aligned with both business objectives and customer goals.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Legal, Sales, Support, and other cross-functional teams to drive product success.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to inform iterative product design and development cycles.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to enable advanced automation and personalization.
- Stay informed on emerging AI trends and partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to drive AI feature development.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven success in launching and managing Sales and Support technology products.
- Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI / Agentic AI with a strong track record of product-level AI integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Proven ability to define KPIs, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions.
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms, including:
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service
- Amazon Bedrock
- AWS SageMaker
- Familiarity with integrating AI into CRM and Support systems.
- Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and tooling.
- Experience collaborating with UX teams to develop AI-powered user experiences.
