The LIVE Ecosystem Governance team plays a crucial role in ensuring platform integrity by designing product strategies, moderation mechanisms, and governance solutions to support sustainable growth. As a Product Manager, you will help develop governance tools, optimize ecosystem strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance live-streaming experiences.

At TikTok LIVE, you’ll work on real-world governance challenges at a global scale, collaborate with top industry experts, and contribute to shaping the future of live-streaming. This role provides hands-on product management experience and opportunities for career growth in the content governance and online community safety space.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the Eco-governance system and platform tools to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Develop a user inform mechanism and education strategy to create a community atmosphere, and to enhance the content quality.
• Design identification and governance strategies, optimize ecology issues in main and sub-scenarios of livestream to support the development of the LIVE business.
• Collaborate with teams such as algorithms, strategies, and operations to optimize the ecology governance moderation process, to improve moderation efficiency and quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content moderation, ecological governance, audit backend, and similar governance product roles
• Product design and business understanding capabilities
• able to identify and address issues through data or processes and drive solutions.
• logical thinking ability
• effective communication on critical issues during cross-team collaboration and driving implementation.
