Summary:
As part of the Data and Planning team, you will lead the development and implementation data driven strategies that drive business growth and enhance decision- making. Will be responsible for analyzing service performance, identifying trends and opportunities and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders. This individual will collaborate cross functionally with service operations, cx experience, technology and leadership to develop strategies and improve efficiency, enhance service quality and support long term business company’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of data driven strategies and to enhance business performance
- Lead the development of data and AI driven strategic initiatives that improve service operation and customer experience.
- Champion the adoption of AI and automation across analytics and planning processes to increase and decision quality
- Own executive level reporting and planning models, ensuring accuracy m clarity and strategic relevance.
- Present analysis, strategic recommendations and business impact to sr. leadership.
- Maintain the delivery of quality work while adhering to ethical standard.
- Analyze complex data sets to drive actional insights
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, data science or related field: MBA or advanced degree as plus
- 6+ years of Experience in data analytics business strategy or operation planning.
- Strong analytical and data-visualization skills, with the ability to turn raw performance data into clear, actionable insights for multiple audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis, data visualization, and reporting
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience building polished, executive-level presentations.
- Detail-oriented with a strong track record of process development, documentation, and execution.
- Experience managing relationships with external partners or vendors providing critical business services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and align teams spread across a geographically dispersed area.
- A strong bias for action with a high sense of urgency to resolve customer-impacting issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.
- Experience automating workflows and analysis using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini or Copilot strongly preferred

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $71.00 - $71.26/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
