You will have a hands-on role in the design, development, and launch of new products. This position requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.## What you'll do* Create and manage the product strategy and road map in line with company objectives* Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver on the product vision* Lead the planning and execution of product releases* Use Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), Kanban, and other methodologies to drive product success* Regularly interact with customers to gain insights and feedback around product needs and improvements* Be open-minded and creative, embracing the company culture rooted in light drugs and rock n roll## What we're seeking* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field* 0-5 years of professional experience in product management* Experience in using CJM and Kanban methodologies* Understanding of the product life cycle* Strong project management and communication skills* Ability to think creatively and strategically, solving problems and making decisions* Good technical knowledge and ability to work closely with engineers and designers* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment## Additional InformationAt Creative, we value diversity and always treat all employees and job applicants based on merit, qualifications, competence, and talent.
