Pay Range: $51 - $52.6/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with partners across the enterprise to deliver product strategy and ensure cohesive operations, promotion, and distribution of the product.
  • Conduct research on product trends and positioning strategies, analyzing consumer behavior to inform product strategy.
  • Produce reports on profitability and performance, fostering discussions around market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Monitor key metrics and measure product performance against business expectations.
  • Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to compliance and privacy regulations.
  • Act as a product subject matter expert on features, services, and supporting technologies.
  • Collaborate with business units and technology teams to design and deliver effective product solutions.
  • Develop and maintain user stories, Business Requirements Documents, and other product-related resources.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • Hands-on experience withSalesforce andProduct Lifecycle.
  • Preferred: University degree in a relevant field.
