Job Description:-
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve clinical trial technology products, with a focus on protocol automation, protocol digitization, and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) set up, integrations, and automation. The ideal candidate brings deep clinical trial technology expertise and strong product management fundamentals in a GxP-regulated environment, and can partner effectively with business and engineering stakeholders to define the roadmap and deliver compliant, high-value solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for protocol automation, protocol digitization, and EDC capabilities.
Drive EDC study set up, integration, and automation initiatives to reduce study start-up time and manual effort.
Translate business and clinical needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage the backlog and prioritize delivery in Jira, partnering with engineering on sprint planning and release execution.
Ensure products meet GxP, validation, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Engage business, clinical operations, and technology stakeholders globally; communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven expertise in clinical trial technology products, specifically protocol automation, protocol digitization, EDC set up, EDC integrations, and EDC automation.
Strong technology product management experience in a GxP-regulated environment.
Hands-on experience with Jira, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage business and engineering stakeholders and align competing priorities.
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
