Product Manager - Asset Management

We are looking for aProduct Manager with solid Financial Services experience to join our team, with a particular emphasis on Asset Management initiatives. The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of product strategy and lifecycle management, collaborating closely with stakeholders to shape product direction and achieve measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Work with the onsite proxy product owner to understand the product vision and roadmap
• Determine and outline product capabilities, features, and functions
• Establish Epics and stories alongside success criteria
• Develop and detail stories, business logic, and business outcomes
• Oversee product scope and prioritize capabilities, Epics, and Stories
• Join sprint review demos and offer feedback
• Monitor feedback to ensure it's added to the backlog and prioritized appropriately
• Take part in incident triaging
• Act as the main contact for business-related questions and clarifications

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus
• 10-15 years of overall IT experience
• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
• Experience in Product Management, covering Product Roadmap, Product Vision, and Product Life Cycle
• Experience in Financial Services, with Asset Management background considered a significant advantage
• Strong business acumen with the ability to represent both business and end-customer viewpoints
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Strong attention to detail
