Lead product strategy and roadmap for conversational AI, gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements, manage product lifecycle, collaborate with AI and engineering teams, define KPIs and drive product innovation.
Job description:
Define and execute product vision and roadmap for AI-driven chatbot and contact center solutions.
Gather and prioritize business requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, AI, and UX teams to build intelligent customer engagement solutions.
Evaluate and integrate AI technologies including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini to enhance automation
