- Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-phase roadmap for migrating risk functionality from the legacy authorization platform to the new authorization system and/or network layers.
- Drive execution through agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
- Support the team through the various migration phases (build, parallel test, ramp up, cutover, fallback and decommission)
- Partner closely with engineering leaders to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Coordinate functional tests, performance validation, and end-to-end readiness assessments.
- Facilitate alignment across domains on migration strategy, risk controls, customer impact, and timeline.
- Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support business decisions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for Postgres, SQLServer, or MySQL databases.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all data solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and articulate business problems to drive technical solutions.
- 6 years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, and data design.
- Good proficiency in Python
- Strong experience with relational databases: Postgres, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
- Model data solutions for high performance and reliability.
Required:
- 5–8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in payments, risk systems, platform modernization, or large-scale technology transformation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, influencing skills, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
