Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is asenior-level, technically oriented Product Owner or Product Manager with substantial retirement industry experience who excels at coordinating requirements across complex enterprise technology environments.

This individual should be capable of maintaining a holistic understanding of retirement platforms, identifying cross-team dependencies, and ensuring retirement business needs are accurately translated into actionable development work.

Unlike a traditional Product Owner responsible for defining a new product strategy, this position focuses primarily onrequirements leadership, stakeholder alignment, integration coordination, and execution against an established roadmap.

Candidates with experience at major retirement services organizations, particularly Fidelity Investments or similar companies
