Responsibilities:
- Drive data and product work across multiple data products day to day, from requirement to delivery
- Turn directions from the product leads into clear priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Do analysis yourself using SQL and Python to answer questions and check results
- Review analysis, numbers, and code from analysts and Data Science, and challenge them when something does not add up
- Partner with other PMs in the team for data modeling, segmentation, and measurement work
- Track how products and marketing are performing and share results, learnings and corrective decisions to leadership
- Leverage generative AI for all aspects of product management – discovery, planning, documentation, trainings docs to name a few
- Automate repeat tasks with generative AI
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or other quantitative fields
- 6+ years of experience in analytics or adjacent data focused product management. Hands on data analytics consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working in marketing domains – CRM, AdTech is required
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Experience working with data teams in cloud environment (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
- Proven record of levering Generative AI in the field of work and or personal projects
- Strong opinion and direction on how Product Management needs to evolve with AI and what would the new day to day would look like
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $77.00 - $77.94/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
