Join our team as a Product Manager responsible for delivering mobile device solutions that enhance store operations. This hybrid position involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reliable and scalable mobile solutions. The role focuses on managing device lifecycles, application availability, and operational readiness using industry-standard technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies for mobile device support and related tools.
• Translate operational needs into product visions, roadmaps, and backlogs.
• Manage the lifecycle of mobile devices, from requirements to retirement.
• Improve device management processes, including onboarding and support workflows.
• Enhance mobile capabilities to streamline store workflows and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise tools or mobile applications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for articulating complex concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint execution.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and prioritize work.
