The Opportunity: Junior Product Manager
As a Junior Product Manager at Success 2C, you will play a crucial role in the product development lifecycle. You'll work closely with experienced product leaders, engineers, and designers to translate ideas into tangible product features that delight our users and contribute to our business objectives. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a professional services and talent solutions company.
What You'll Do
- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, focusing on specific features or user segments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and user pain points.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements through user stories, use cases, and detailed specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to iterate on product designs and functionality.
- Support the launch of new products and features, including documentation and internal training.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Your typical day will involve a mix of collaborative discussions, research, and hands-on product work. You might start your day in a sync with the engineering team to clarify requirements for an upcoming sprint, followed by a deep dive into user feedback data to identify areas for enhancement. In the afternoon, you could be working on drafting user stories for a new feature, brainstorming ideas with UX designers, or preparing a brief presentation on product performance metrics. Given our hybrid model, you'll have the flexibility to balance your work between our Bengaluru office and your home.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field. Internships or project experience in product development are highly valued.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen interest in understanding user needs and market trends.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take ownership.
