Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product strategy, positioning and lifecycle for the portfolios in India.
- Drive Market Development – segmentation, targeting, product positioning, new product launches and pricing.
- Lead Product Promotions – communication, discounting, schemes, offers and deals – to build brand equity and drive sales.
- Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis and voice-of-customer/voice-of-sales inputs to identify trends, growth opportunities and customer needs.
- Develop market segmentation and target customer profiles to guide positioning and messaging.
- Design and own the annual marketing and product plan, aligning brand priorities with business and sales objectives.
- Work closely with the Training & Education (T&E) and Sales teams to drive market share gain using the T&E platforms.
- Coordinate with the regulatory team on new product launches and registrations for products.
- Build and manage excellent stakeholder relationships, including handling of key accounts (KOLs, clinicians and channel partners).
- Track, measure and evaluate campaign and product performance (ROI, market share, reach, engagement) using data-driven insights, and optimize plans accordingly.
- Maintain, track and create marketing and product collaterals, and manage related inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Actively participate in T&E events and conferences, promoting products and engaging with customers to deepen market understanding.

Skills
- Minimum 7 years’ work experience in the MNC Medical Devices or specialty Pharma industry, with experience in training and/or selling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to handle key accounts.
- Strong value orientation and performance track record.
- Management degree required; BDS preferred.
- Other desired skills:
- Sound clinical/product knowledge of dental implants and related surgical & prosthetic workflows
- Ability to identify, build and communicate product value propositions relatable by clinicians
- Strong customer service mindset
- Able to work in a cross functional, matrixed environment
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Tech-savvy, fully competent in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows OS)
- Highly developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to understand and deliver on technical/clinical user requirements
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and meticulous nature
- Proactive, self-driven, good analytical and outstanding problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to develop segmentation frameworks and conduct competitive analysis
- Strategic planning and business acumen, with the ability to align product plans with sales and business objectives
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
