Product Manager

We're looking for a seasonedProduct Manager to spearhead platform strategy, foster alignment among stakeholders, and guarantee smooth cooperation between business and technical groups across the entire product life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the platform by coordinating requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation alongside business and development stakeholders
• Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions to provide business users and stakeholders with the skills and best practices needed for platform usage
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to establish project goals and ensure shared understanding of platform capabilities
• Support the design and development process by aligning product features with evolving business requirements and regulatory needs
• Lead user acceptance testing initiatives to verify that solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards
• Work alongside support and operations teams to ensure consistent platform maintenance and reliable performance
• Monitor and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and enablement strategies based on user feedback and platform updates
• Work with a team of 3-5 colleagues and liaise with third-party vendors as needed to accomplish project objectives

Requirements

• 12-18 years of overall IT experience, with strong grounding in product management, product life cycle, product roadmap, and product vision
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives to align platform capabilities with user needs
• Capability to manage stakeholders and balance diverse expectations across business and technical groups
• Background in designing and delivering training programs tailored to different user groups and skill levels
• Skill in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams
• Demonstrated history of fostering cross-functional collaboration and enabling effective communication across departments
