Product Flow Coordinator (TEMP)

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager (in Palm Springs and Indio locations) or Store Manager (in Cathedral City and Palm Desert locations), the Product Flow Coordinator (PFC) is responsible for performing tasks related to receiving donated merchandise and sorting it to its 
appropriate area for processing. In addition, the PFC is responsible for stocking merchandise on the sales floor once it is processed.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities 

• Handle receipt of donated merchandise ensuring excellent customer service in the drop-off area
• Sort donated merchandise by category for processing
• Stock processed merchandise onto the sales floor
• Load and unload Revivals donation trucks and assist with unloading deliveries of new products as needed
• Assist with store displays as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor to include dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming as needed
• Identify product needs on the sales floor and communicate to the Warehouse Manager or designee
• Greet customers when on the sales floor
• Interact with customers by answering any questions they may have
• Assist with customer requests
• Clean warehouse and restrooms as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes opening/closing store, weekends and holidays
• Basic mathematical skills to include adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating percentages
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Interpersonal and team-oriented skills, preferred
• Self-starting, self-motivating mindset, preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred

Education and Experience

• Minimum of one year of warehouse or retail experience
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferred
• Experience/knowledge of thrift store environment, preferred

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• This position is at a Revivals store location
• Flexibility in schedule. The ability to work weekends and holidays is required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Operates in a store and warehouse setting at times and requires frequent times of sitting, standing, repetitive motion and talking
• Potential exposure to hazardous materials, irritants, allergens and noise
• Exposure to extreme weather conditions, both hot and cold
