Pay Range: $33.99/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development of prototype products
• Monitor the overall development process for the product line
• Act as the point person on development details with vendor partners
• Create and update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts
• Ensure timely communication with vendors, production, technical, and merchandising teams
• Track development to assure execution is within timeframes
• Communicate design development details.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 3-5 years product design/development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills and a product background
• Positive can-do attitude and excitement for the brand
• Must be local within30 miles of Manhattan, NY
