AtBanco PagaTodo, we build the infrastructure behind digital banking and card issuance in Latin America. Our APIs power fintechs, retailers, and organizations that move money daily. You’ll design experiences that help people open accounts, send payments, and manage their money clearly and securely.

What You’ll Do

• Design mobile and web flows for onboarding, balances, transfers, and payments.

• Turn complex requirements intosimple, reliable, user-first experiences.

• Work closely withproduct, engineering, and compliance to ship what matters.

• Evolve and maintain ourdesign system as products scale.

• Prioritizeclarity and usability over trends and fluff.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience designingmobile-first, high-transaction products (banking, wallets, payments).

• Solid command ofFigma and mobile UX best practices.

• Portfolio that showsyour thinking and problem-solving, not just visuals.

• Ability to balanceuser needs, tech constraints, and business goals.

• Bonus: experience withfintech, API-based products, or regulated environments.
