We are seeking a talented Junior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our product designers in enhancing our online and offline communications, shaping user experiences, and effectively communicating our product's value proposition.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our product design team to develop and refine user flows, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.

• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and coherence across all platforms and touchpoints.

• Design and create prototypes and wireframes to visualize and test innovative design concepts, iterating towards optimal solutions.

• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to align design initiatives with business objectives and drive results.

• Develop comprehensive handoff documentation for developers, ensuring that design specifications are clearly communicated and implemented with precision.

• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights, identify areas for improvement, and inform design decisions.

• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and communication strategies that effectively convey the product's value proposition and resonate with our target audience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a growing portfolio that demonstrates your skills and enthusiasm.

• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Understanding of design fundamentals and ability to create basic wireframes.

• Strong team player with good communication skills.

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

• asic understanding of HTML and CSS to inform design decisions.
