You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products that meet the needs of our clients.## Key Responsibilities* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.* Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.* Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.* Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.## Required Skills* Proven experience in design and product management.* Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and problem-solving abilities.* Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.* Good knowledge about finances.## Additional InformationThe successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for design and a strong understanding of financial principles.
