Product Designer

We’re looking for aProduct Designer who wants their work tomatter...someone who gets excited about shaping products used by thousands of creators worldwide. If you love crafting elegant experiences, obsess over clean UI, and enjoy solving complex product challenges, you’ll feel at home here.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX discovery and transform insights into clear flows, journeys, and IA

• Design intuitive, modern SaaS interfaces (dashboards, workflows, etc.)

• Create high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and component systems in Figma

• Build and maintain our evolving design system

• Collaborate closely with product & engineering teams

• Run usability tests and turn findings into meaningful product improvements

• Communicate design decisions with clarity and strong narrative thinking

Requirements

• 3+ years designing SaaS products with proven experience

• A portfolio demonstrating complex UX thinking and polished visual design

• Deep mastery of Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototypes)

• Strong grasp of modern UI patterns, usability principles & responsive design

• Excellent storytelling: able to explain the “why” behind your decisions

• A practicing muslim with a strong ethical mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience withAI-powered features

• Experience in designing forEdTech, LMS, or creator tools

• Experience with design leadership or managing the design process

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: 50,000 – 1,00,000 BDT (based on experience/expertise)

• Two festival bonuses per year (equal to one month's salary)

• Office will provide lunch, Snacks, Coffee, and Tea (fully subsidized)

• 20 days total leave per year (sick + casual)
