Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Line Manager 3. This role is pivotal in supporting our basketball consumer segment and involves both strategic and creative responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Line Design with a focus on Apparel performance wear products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong passion and experience in the basketball industry or culture.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, including obtaining and implementing Geo feedback.
• Ability to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work in fluid and ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally and interacting with various seniority levels.
• Previous experience in the client's industry is highly preferred.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee product creation for the basketball consumer segment.
• Lead product and design reviews, and connect with merchandising at key strategy check-ins.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and create compelling visual tools to influence design and merchandising.
