General Information:
Location and/or time zone: PHK
Reason for opening: Team support
Expected contract length: 6 months from start date
Team details & who they will work with: JRD Design CMCS, Streetwear Icons Footwear Color Design, Global Jordan
Interview: 30min phone screen, then 1 hour panel interview with teammates
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum required years of experience: 5+ YOE in Color design for footwear
Education requirements: Bachelors or equivalent experience
Must have skills:
Portfolio: Color story telling, moodboards, context for why colors were chosen
Knowledge of Sneaker culture and consumer trends, has used consumer insight data to make decisions
Experience with sportswear, lifestyle, or streetwear narratives
Nice to have skills:
Has managed color product journeys, can look at seasonal lines and create original color stories
Managing communications between cross-functional teams
Software/technical requirements:
Previous industry experience preference: Yes
