Product Design

Looking for an experienced and self-driven designer to help us launch products for clients in the US and Europe. We mainly work with startups after closed rounds and independent entrepreneurs. Brisk pace, no corporate bullshit.

Every project at a startup is one big uncertainty: different subject areas, different timelines, different platforms.

The designer works with the client, product manager and dev lead to turn that uncertainty into strategy, roadmap, diagrams and prototypes. Once approved, works with the team on the design and helps the developers.

What you will need to do

Talk to the client and developers, build a shared understanding of the problem and formulate a cohesive product vision.

Get into a new subject area, understand people-users, business needs and market peculiarities, analyze competitors and all this.

Design a clear interface for complex systems, test prototypes, fill in the gaps, describe scenarios and detail complex cases.

Together with visual designers, polish, show, refine and approve designs. Together with developers, resolve issues along the way and drive the project to completion.
