About The Role
In this role, reporting to the Supervisor, Product Data Services, the Product Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining up-to-date product data information, including accuracy of pricing information, listing of new items, and maintenance of vendor information.
What Will You Do?
+Review all new items to ensure that they have been properly entered and set up in thesystem
+Complete necessary forms for listings and pricing of new items asrequired
+Liaise with Key Accounts on new item set-up requests and information specific to accountgroups
+Validate formulary inclusion and mark itemsaccordingly
+Build Excel files of product price changes to be uploaded intosystem
+Analyze, review, and communicate changes regarding products related to pricing andattributes
+Review any invoice discrepancies related to pricingmatters
+Perform gross margin analysis reviews on a regular basis
+Respond to Customer Service, Key Accounts, and Manufacturer Relations inquiries related to pricing and/or set-up issues
+Execute changes to the master data, as approved by thebusiness
+Collaborate with the business to identify and resolve data integrityissues
+Â Â Create and maintain documentation related to Standard Operating Procedures and processflows
What You Bring
+Post-secondary educationpreferred
+1 to 3 years of relatedexperience +Attention to detail and timemanagement
+Ability to work independently with limitedsupervision
+Excellent problem-solving skills and criticalthinking
+Ability to communicate effectively and in a professionalmanner
+Ability to work cooperatively as ateam
+High level of proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, andWord)
+Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
What’s In It For You?
This position offers a salary range of $48,000 – $60,000, exclusive of discretionary bonus eligibility and our full benefits package. The final salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined by factors including location, relevant experience, skill level and education.
