Product Builder III

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Strongmanufacturing/production assembly experience.
• Advanced knowledge ofproduct assembly, quality inspection, documentation, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience withMPs (Manufacturing Procedures) and WIs (Work Instructions).
• Ability to usemeasuring instruments, microscope, hand tools, and computer systems.
• Good knowledge ofcomponent identification and documentation requirements.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience required; ability to lead/influence without direct authority.
• Strongproblem-solving, communication, teamwork, and initiative.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years related experience OR mastered Product Builder III skills for at least 6 months.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to35 lbs.
• Must be flexible forovertime, including occasional Saturdays.
• 2nd-shift onsite availability required.
