Product and Project Development Manager

Description

We are looking for a Product and Project Development Manager to lead the end-to-end management of product development initiatives based on Totogaming’s business requirements and strategic objectives, from ideation to delivery, launch and continuous optimization.

The Product and Project Development Manager will act as Totogaming’s primary representative in collaboration with Digitain, the external platform provider, ensuring that all developed solutions align with business objectives, user expectations and market demands.

This role combines product management, business analysis, project coordination, delivery management, quality assurance oversight and stakeholder management. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
• Propose new functionalities and product enhancements
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap
• Define feature priorities based on business value and strategic objectives
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
• Support business decision-making through data analysis and insights
• Prepare Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and functional specifications
• Validate business requirements before moving them into the development phase
• Maintain and update product requirements documentation
• Participate in UX/UI discussions and provide recommendations
• Evaluate user journeys and ensure solutions meet business objectives and user expectations
• Coordinate the work of Digitain’s Product Development and Quality Assurance teams
• Monitor the implementation progress of product functionalities
• Manage project risks, dependencies and blockers
• Ensure project deliverables are feasible and completed within the agreed timelines
• Prepare and coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process
• Review test scenarios and verify implemented functionalities against business requirements
• Manage the review and prioritization of technical issues and defects
• Validate defect fixes before deployment to production
• Coordinate release readiness activities
• Prepare release notes and assess potential release risks
• Oversee the deployment and production launch process
• Conduct post-release monitoring to ensure product stability and proper functionality
• Track incidents and coordinate the implementation of follow-up improvements
• Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes through AI tools, including the development and implementation of AI agents
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager 

Requirements

• Knowledge of product management principles and practices
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Understanding of quality assurance processes and testing practices 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in online gaming or sports betting is a plus
• Experience working on mobile application and web platform projects
• Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and external service providers
• Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative and cross-functional environment
• Experience using AI tools to optimize processes and develop and implement AI agents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High sense of responsibility and ownership
