Must-Have Skills
Product & Analytical Skills
- 8 years of relevant experience in product analysis, business analysis, and/or product management in an agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, drafting user stories, backlog refinement, and story mapping.
- Strong understanding of software applications and concepts such as enterprise architecture, data analytics, and APIs.
- Enthusiasm for, and aptitude in rapidly developing skills in generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Project Management Skills
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an agile or hybrid environment.
- Strong capability in planning, scheduling, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Experience balancing scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to drive execution while maintaining alignment to product vision and strategic goals.
- Experience working with distributed and global teams, coordinating across time zones.
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Communication & Leadership
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ability to work independently or virtually, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
