As a Product Ambassador, you'll represent Hillman's innovative Mobile Automotive Key Services program, introducing customers to convenient key replacement and programming solutions at retail locations, community events, and dealership partners. • Typical hours:9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday-Monday orFriday-Tuesday
• Weekend availability is required. Schedules may vary based on business needs, special events, and promotional activities.

What You'll Do

As a Product Ambassador, you'll help customers discover convenient automotive key replacement solutions while creating memorable experiences that drive business growth.

Your Impact

• Serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic representative of Hillman's Mobile Automotive Services
• Engage customers through conversations, demonstrations, and educational interactions
• Promote automotive key replacement and programming services
• Generate qualified leads for our Mobile Locksmith and Sales teams
• Build excitement and awareness at retail locations, dealership partners, and community events
• Assist customers in identifying vehicle information such as year, make, and model
• Develop strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Support local marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth
• Help increase service appointments, customer engagement, and brand awareness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
• Interest in the automotive industry is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds when needed
