Role summary:
The Integrated Producer is an expert at matching the right skills and talent to deliver campaigns. Their experience and knowledge allow them to identify, communicate, and alleviate downstream challenges and interdependencies with partner and stakeholder teams. They are comfortable engaging with all levels of stakeholders, creative professionals and outputs.This role possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills and partners closely with a variety of peers and stakeholders, including creative directors, designers, account management, project managers and postproduction teams.They help bring creative concepts and campaigns across a variety of channels, with a focus on delivering projects on time and on budget.
About the team:
Walmart Creative operates as the in-house agency driving Walmart’s brand through innovative design and strategic creative solutions. The team enhances customer experience across channels by applying insight-driven strategies and integrated creative methods. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, they develop distinctive visual and textile designs aligned with business goals. Emphasizing clear communication and effective project management, the team coordinates photography production, manages studio operations, and ensures quality standards. Their efforts deliver impactful brand experiences that support growth and uphold Walmart’s leadership in retail.
What you'll do:

Independently manage projects from initiation through completion with the support and oversight by a senior managing producer.
Bid, negotiate and manage all production vendors for content projects. This includes managing shoots (video and photo), post-production, animation, and digital.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and maintain a positive attitude throughout.
Work with legal and business teams to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution.
Build production schedules and work closely with project and account managers to navigate scheduling restrictions.
Organize internal processes; document and socialize various production workstreams with stakeholders.
Clearly communicate project status with stakeholders regularly.

What you'll bring:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in video/motion, stills and post-production. Animation, social or experiential experience a plus.
Contacts in photography, video and post industries.
An online portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating great solutions across a range of production-related issues.
Background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with creatives, account, and project managers.
Experience across the production lifecycle from in-camera capture to multi-channel deployment
Understanding of the post process and the resources needed to deliver projects across stills, video and animation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
