We’re looking for an experienced, well-organized cross-functional marketing producer to oversee a portfolio of campaigns for Client Creator Studio. This person will partner across Media, Creative, Design, Web, and Marketing Management to ensure clear communication and alignment. The role is responsible for forecasting campaigns, supervising timelines, managing trackers, scheduling meetings, and maintaining all documentation related to Creator Studio marketing. We’re looking for a great teammate who enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Must be well-organized and take initiative at every turn.
Client Creator Studio gives subscribers access to a suite of creative apps designed for video, music, and image editing and creation - including Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Motion, Compressor, MainStage, Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Freeform.
Key Qualifications
• At least 7 plus years of experience as a project manager, program manager, or operations manager
• Familiarity with marketing deliverables, timelines, and production workflows
• Direct experience working with media teams, creative teams, design, and web
• Excellent communicator with ability to work across all levels of management
• Organized, with strong task-tracking experience and acute attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven track record of meeting timelines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure
• Passion for learning new things, continuous improvement, and sharing best practices
• Outstanding work ethic, discreet and trustworthy
• Direct experience handling critical and confidential information with integrity
• Confident making complicated decisions when needed and able to explain reasoning
• Able to anticipate change and react efficiently
• Experience with project management tools such as AirTable, Quip, WorkFront, OmniPlan, Wrike, 10,000 Ft, or similar platforms; as well as Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote, and Excel
Responsibilities
• Oversee campaign production across the Creator Studio marketing portfolio
• Assist with annual and quarterly forecast planning for upcoming marketing priorities
• Work collaboratively with all cross-functional departments - Media, Creative, Design, Web, and Marketing Management
• Gain and maintain alignment on marketing initiatives, changing scope, and accurate timelines
• Own road maps, project scope, creative review trackers, and production schedules
• Coordinate meetings and ensure all vital parties are involved
• Maintain and distribute weekly project status updates on priority projects
• Partner cross-functionally to find opportunities to optimize workflows
• Take meeting notes and distill for clarity and attendance
• Understand key players to make strategic decisions about who needs to know what (inclusion with discretion)
• Partner with Resource and Brand Management to ensure alignment
• Own, maintain, and update master timelines and trackers
• Collaborate with other Project Managers on tracking standards and protocol
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
