Job Summary:

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing operations by sourcing materials and services, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining supplier compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage purchase orders and requisitions.
Source materials and services while negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
Coordinate with suppliers to track orders, resolve shortages, and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain inventory levels and purchasing records.
Review invoices and ensure compliance with supplier agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize procurement activities and improve processes.

Qualifications:

Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience with purchase orders, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
