Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including category strategy development, RFx execution, supplier evaluation, and vendor performance monitoring.
Manage sourcing activity across the benefits vendor ecosystem, including medical carriers, brokers, and wellness vendors.
Run structured RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to support fair supplier comparisons and competitive leverage.
Negotiate commercial and contractual terms, including pricing, SLAs, and confidentiality agreements.
Analyze supplier proposals and claims/utilization trends to support data-driven negotiation strategies.
Deliver cost savings and value protection through competitive sourcing and contract optimization.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and risk considerations.
Create and manage vendor governance tools, ensuring compliance and performance monitoring.
Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation, including sourcing strategies and negotiation summaries.
Demonstrate strong project management and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge of Source to Pay systems and tools like Coupa and Levelpath.
Experience with Benefits (Medical, Pharma, etc.) and supplier risk analysis.
Skills in vendor relationship management and process mapping.
Understanding of supply chain concepts and technical tools for analysis.
3+ years of related work experience in sourcing for indirect categories (not IT or Contingent Labor).
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Basic financial analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
