Procurement Director

We are seeking an accomplishedProcurement Director to lead procurement strategy and execution for major, complex projects in theRiyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will be aWestern-educated procurement professional with approximately25 years of experience, including significant exposure tomega projects and preferably a strongPMC (Project Management Consultancy) background.

• 25+ years of progressive procurement experience, preferably within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or major capital projects.

• Western education from a recognized university/institution.
• Proven track record managing procurement formega projects in the GCC.
• StrongPMC experience is highly preferred.
• Extensive experience developing and implementing procurement strategies for large, complex projects.
• Strong understanding ofcontracts, tendering, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and supply-chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multicultural procurement teams and work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of GCC procurement practices, market conditions, and major international suppliers/contractors.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on high-value, fast-paced projects with demanding delivery schedules.
