Procurement & Asset Intern

Kredivo is hiring a Procurement & Asset Intern in Jakarta Office who detail-oriented and organizedindividual to support our procurement and asset management activities. This position will report to the Procurement & Asset Lead and will be accountable for supporting daily procurement operations and company asset management.

In this role, you will be responsible for vendor coordination, preparing price comparisons, and handling administrative purchasing processes. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining asset tagging databases and tracking physical inventory across departments.

About the job:

• Perform tagging and manage of physical assets.
• Manage procurement & asset documentation and record-keeping (e.g. PO filing, updating new assets and marking tags in Excel).
• Assisting with vendor sourcing and initial inquiries when needed.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Procurement team as needed.

About you:

• Prior internship or organizational experience in procurement, general affair, event coordination, administrative support, or logistics is a plus.
• Have a basic understanding of procurement workflows (PR/PO process, vendor sourcing, asset logging).
• Proactive & Resourceful
