SUMMARY:
In this role, you will perform complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions, focusing on daily reject decisioning and processing tasks. You will work with high-speed mail extraction and scanning equipment, including the OPEX 150, handling medium to high complexity client instructions. This opportunity allows you to demonstrate your skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while supporting operational accuracy and efficiency. The position offers a schedule of 6 am to 2:30 pm on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Mondays and Saturdays off.

SCHEDULE: 6 am to 2:30 pm, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Days off Monday and Saturday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and audit trails with general knowledge of operations.
- Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making.
- Header batched items with control documents and processing header.
- Perform high-speed mail extraction and scanning on moderate to complex client handling using OPEX 150 equipment.
- Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning according to client instructions.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity in accordance with department standards.
- Assist with training when needed.
- 1 year of experience in mail sorting
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to complete required pre-employment screening
- Computer skills
- Ability to read and make decisions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Regular and punctual attendance is required.
