Job Description

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile ofHR Operations Analyst to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Manage the complete hiring process, starting from the first contact with the candidate after offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.
  • Offboarding: Support leadership during the termination process, including: Validation of termination eligibility, Review of termination calculations, Coordination of homologations, Management of FGTS-related procedures
  • Vacation Administration: Oversee individual and collective vacation processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements (CLT) and accurate system updates.
  • Leave Management: Record and monitor all types of employee leaves and absences, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation.
  • Employee Data Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across systems.
  • Time & Attendance Management: Administer and reconcile time & attendance data, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies aligned with payroll deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

Extensive experience managing the full employee lifecycle in high‑volume environments for large, complex organizations.

Must Have 
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results‑driven and able to meet deadlines consistently
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Fluency in Portuguese (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Demonstrated experience in terminations, hirings, leaves, vacation (collective vacation), and time & attendance, managing the end‑to‑end process in high‑volume environments
  • Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong emotional control and resilience
Good to Have
  • Prior experience with ADP systems
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish

Additional information:
Type of work: CLT.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
