Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Develop, test, and implement technical solutions to support engineering, research and development, manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance activities.
• Assist engineers with product inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations.
• Conduct routine tests and measurements according to established
• procedures, specifications, and quality standards.
• Support quality control activities by identifying, documenting, and reporting
• product or process issues.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain technical and operational data to support engineering projects.
• Assist with product, process, or equipment design, modification, installation, and improvement activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, test results, records, drawings, and other engineering documentation.
• Perform other technical tasks and project assignments as directed by engineers or the immediate supervisor.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles, technical procedures, and standard industry practices.
• Ability to perform technical testing, inspection, measurement, and data collection activities.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, procedures, and related documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic technical data management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear technical records and reports.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineers and cross-functional teams while managing assigned tasks effectively.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Previous internship or work experience in an engineering, manufacturing, R&D, quality, inspection, or maintenance environment.
• Experience with relevant engineering tools, testing equipment, CAD software, or data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with quality systems, manufacturing processes, technical standards, or continuous improvement practices.
